Andy Bailey is an experienced PGA Associate and Assistant Golf Professional at Woodland Hills Country Club, bringing over a decade of instructional expertise and a strong background in golf operations. With a passion for creating exceptional golf experiences, Andy has built a career on connecting with players of all ages and skill levels—especially juniors and beginners—through thoughtful, personalized instruction. His teaching philosophy emphasizes building understanding to foster consistent improvement and long-term enjoyment of the game. Andy’s professional journey includes key roles at top-tier courses such as Snowcreek and Sierra Star in California and Scenic View in Wisconsin, where he honed his skills in instruction, tournament coordination, and pro shop management. A natural mentor and team player, he excels in supporting daily operations while upholding the standards of premier golf environments. Outside of golf, Andy is also a decorated snow sports coach and PSIA Level 3 instructor, demonstrating his commitment to athletic development year-round. As he continues to progress through the PGA program, Andy remains dedicated to growing as a professional, enriching the club community, and inspiring others through his love for the game.
