Alfie Salvatierra

Executive Chef, Woodland Hills Country Club

Dining at Woodland Hills is under the capable direction of Executive Chef Alfie Salvatierra, who joined the club on November 26, 2021. He brings a diverse range of culinary skills honed throughout the Los Angeles area.

Raised in a single-parent household as the youngest sibling, Alfie learned to cook, clean, and care for himself at an early age. His passion for food started at home and led him to graduate from the California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena (now Le Cordon Bleu) in 1999.

Alfie has worked alongside industry icons, including Wolfgang Puck at Spago and Mike Ruiz at Bistro Verdu. He also spent five years at J Nichols Kitchen in Marina del Rey and was the opening chef at Cloverfield in Santa Monica—always championing fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Today, he brings that same passion and his love of Spanish flavors to Woodland Hills, offering members a refined yet familiar dining experience in their home away from home.
