TrackMan Simulator Rules & Safety

Woodland Hills Country Club members and guests are required to follow all simulator rules at all times. Please read the full list of rules and safety instructions before using the facility. • Bring your own clubs. Please ensure clubfaces and grooves are clean.
• Limited club rentals are available for a small fee.
• Golf balls will be provided inside the simulator bays.
• Dress code is standard golf attire as required on the course.
• Bring clean shoes only. Dirty, wet shoes, metal spikes, or open-toed shoes are not allowed inside the simulator bays.
• No food, drinks, or glassware allowed in the simulator bays at any time.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in before your scheduled session.
• Children age 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
• If your session runs long, you may be asked to wrap up promptly to avoid delays for the next user.
• Outside professional instruction is not permitted.
• Please be respectful and courteous to other simulator users.
• Always check your surroundings before swinging any club to ensure safety for yourself and others.
• Be mindful of your backswing and follow-through at all times.
• Only one person is allowed in the bay at a time, except during formal instruction.
• Stay clear of another person's swing path at all times. Always stay alert and aware of your surroundings.
