Golf Shop Operations

The Woodland Hills Country Club golf shop and course are open from Tuesday to Sunday and on select holidays. Please view club hours of operation and club personnel to contact the golf professionals and attendants. Please also download and install the Club's mobile application to receive timely updates, course delays, and closures.

Tee Times: Golfing members can check-in at the golf shop at any time to acquire a tee time for that current day. Woodland Hills does not offer advance tee times. If you are golfing with a group, at least 50% of the group must be present to secure a tee time for that day. Members may call the golf shop at 818-347-1476 to gauge how busy it is at the club. Tee times are not offered on the phone. On weekends before 10:00 a.m. (fall/winter) or 11:00 a.m. (spring/summer), the entire group needs to be present to make a tee time.

Guest Play Restrictions: Guests of members are not allowed to play on Saturday or holiday mornings before 10:00 a.m. during winter hours of operation and 11:00 a.m. during summer hours.

Guest Policy: Each member is responsible for their guest's conduct. A guest can play 12 times in a calendar year. Please view current guest policies, prices, and promotions. Cart fees are charged separately for guests.

Cart Fees: Riders who are golfing 18-holes will be charged $25 for the round. Riders golfing 9-holes will be charged $17. Golfers must check-in with the golf shop to acquire a golf cart.

Juniors formally playing a full 9 or 18 hole round will be charged accordingly for their cart during normal play. If juniors cannot formally play 9 or 18 holes and are just out practicing with parents or guardians, they will not be charged a golf fee. Again, please check in with the golf shop at all times to avoid any confusion.

Cart Rules: All golf carts must follow all signage on the golf course along with golf shop instructions. Carts are to be driven using the 90-degree rule. Carts may not be driven on par 3's or in the native areas and barrancas on holes 8 and 11. In addition, no cart may be driven any closer to the green or tee than the cart paths or signage allows for. Please stay at least 30 yards from any tee or green complex where there is no sign.

Pace of Play: WHCC is a four-hour or less golf course. We ask all members to keep pace by playing ready golf and keeping up with group in front. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of their position on the course.

Golf Bag Storage: If bag storage is included in your membership (Initial, Premier-House, Premier, or Executive), please connect with the golf shop for storage arrangements. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer bag storage for Lifestyle Plus or Lifestyle members. If you have any questions, please contact the golf shop. Members who are Limited members can rent bag storage at $15 per bag.

Pull Carts: Pull carts are allowed without a fee. However, you must provide your own pull cart. The Club does not offer storage.

Hole-in-One's (HIO'S): All HIO's MUST be verified by the Golf Professionals or management BEFORE any drinks are poured and on the day the HIO occurred. The protocol is for the player to complete his/her round and turn in an 18-Hole card with at least two members in the group, and signatures to verify. Once the card and HIO have been verified, a banner and approval for bar to start drink service will begin. Drinks will ONLY be given to members who have opted in for Hole-In-One insurance. We will NOT serve guests, spouses not on the list, or juniors. Drinks will only be given to members who are present at the bar or table service on the day of the HIO. Drinks cannot be transferred to other members as it is only one drink per person. If a member or spouse is on the list but not present, drinks will not be transferred to another person.

Events and Competitions: Please view the online club calendar and competition eligibility for upcoming golfing events and programs. The golf shop and membership department will communicate upcoming events via email and on various bulletin boards around the clubhouse. Please make sure you receive club communications via email and the mobile application. Members can sign-up for golfing events inside the golf shop. For more event information, contact the golf shop.
